Abnormalities of intestinal bacteria have been found in various diseases. We are conducting metagenome analysis of intestinal bacteriome and virome by whole genome analysis. We are creating metagenome database of healthy persons and various disease patients, and try to develop new therapies targeting on intestinal microflora.
