Full installation of NVIDIA Clara Parabricks in SHIROKANE to enhance whole genome analysis platform
Human Genome Center (HGC) has fully installed NVIDIA Clara Parabricks genome data analysis software in SHIROKANE in response to the growing need for whole genome data sequencing analysis in the fields of cancer genome medicine and countermeasures against new coronaviruses. HGC has also added compute node equipped with the NVIDIA A100 GPGPU. Users who can use compute nodes with Tesla V100 can already use NVIDIA Clara Parabricks.
