2009年08月28日 Sun Grid Engine 計画システムメンテナンスのお知らせ
当センターのサービスを日頃ご利用くださいまして、ありがとうございます。 9 月 1 日 (火) 10:00 より、計画システムメンテナンスのため、 SGE サービスが停止いたします。 計画システムメンテナンス開始時に、SGE の全ジョブを削除させていただきますので、メンテナンス終了後に、ジョブの再 qsub をお願いいたします。 SGE サービス停止時間帯: 2009 年 9 月 1 日 10:00 ～ 13:00 ご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ございませんが、皆様のご理解、ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。

2009年07月27日 スパコンシステム定期点検のお知らせ
当センターのサービスを日頃ご利用下さいまして、ありがとうございます。 スーパーコンピュータシステムの定期点検の実施のため、下記の日程におきまして、サービスを停止させていただきます。 サービス停止期間中は、計算機システムへのログインやジョブの実行ができなくなりますので、予めご承知おきいただけますようお願いいたします。 システム停止日程: 8 月 4 日 (火) 9:00 ～ 7 日 (金) 9:00 FTPサービス停止時間: 8 月 4 日 (火) 9:00 ～ 7 日 (金) 9:00 メール停止日程: 8 月 4 日 (火) 12:00 ～ 15:00 ※FTP、メールサービスについては、作業が終了次第、サービス開始 また、定期点検開始時に、SGE (Sun Grid Engine) のジョブを削除させていただきますので、ジョブの再 qsub をお願いいた致します。 皆様のご理解、ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。 NOTICE of system suspension due to Human Genome Center periodical inspection Thank you for using the service of our center. Due to the periodical inspection of the system, we will turn down all super computers at HGC. Until the inspection of super computers are completed, you will be unable to login the super computers or submit jobs during the following period: August 4, 2009 9:00 - August 7, 2009 9:00 The FTP service will be suspended during the following period: August 4, 2009 9:00- August 7, 2009 9:00 The e-mail service will be suspended during the following period: August 4, 2009 12:00 - 15:00 * The e-mail service will restart as soon as the inspection finishes. Also, the SGE (Sun Grid Engine) jobs will be deleted due to the inspection, so please resubmit the jobs. We apologize for any inconveniences that it may cause.

以下の日時にネットワークメンテナンスを実施するため、東京大学医科学研究所ヒトゲノム解析センターとインターネット間の通信が一時停止します。 下記時間帯で 15 分間の通信停止が 1 回発生いたします。 2009 年 3 月 10 日 21:00 ～ 22:00 この時間帯は、インターネットからスパコンシステムにログインできません。医科学研究所内の総合研究棟 6-8 階、旧ゲノム解析センター棟、およびヒトゲノム解析センター棟からはログインできます。 該当時間前には以下の対策を実施してください。

通信が停止した場合、インタラクティブジョブは kill されます

Because of network maintenance, you may experience 15 minutes' interruption of the network between Human Genome Center (HGC) and the Internet during the following period:
10 March, 2009 21:00-22:00 (JST)
During this time, you can not log on Supercomputers from the Internet. It is possible to log on from only HGC and a part of Institute of Medical Science (General Research Building 6-8F and Human Genome Center (annex)) So before this maintenance, please confirm the following:
Save your text file that you are writing
Your interactive job might be killed during this time.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

電源設備のメンテナンスと、スーパーコンピュータシステムの定期点検の実施のため、下記の日程におきまして、スーパーコンピュータシステムのサービスを停止させていただきます。 システム停止日程: 2 月 20 日 (金) 9:00 ～ 23 日 (月) 9:00 DNS、Webサービス停止日程: 2 月 21 日(土) 12:30 ～ 17:30 メール停止日程: 2 月 21 日 (土) 12:30 ～ 18:30 なお、システム停止に伴い、FTP サービス、HiGet (web, command) も以下の時間帯で停止いたします。 FTP サービス停止日程: 2 月 20 日 (金) 9:00 ～ 21 日 (土) 18:00 HiGet 停止日程: 2 月 21 日 (土) 9:00 ～ 23 日 (月) 9:00 皆様のご理解、ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。 NOTICE Due to the system maintenance and the electricity supply facilities maintenance , we will turn down all Supercomputers at HGC.
